While having dinner in one of Dubai's finest
restaurants, where like wise, the foreigners out number
the locals. I found a group of middle aged local men,
each well known in the country, enjoying their dinner
with the finest of wine supply. Drinking is a major
problem for people who believe it is their only gateway
from their miserable lives, or perhaps some may think
its just a symbol of westernization and sophistication.
It's funny to see how they react just minutes after
their drink, as they begin to make a mockery of
themselves. But the problem doesn't lay here. The
problem is when those alcoholics are actually proud of
what they are doing. I just pity those drunkards when they go back home to their
families and only god knows what happens afterwards.
The following are some long term
effects of alcohol. Those alcoholics should
think of their families or their wives & children before
humiliating themselves in society and exposing themselves
to danger and serious illnesses in the future.
